You can only leave a review on Booquela within a specific time window. You cannot rate a visit from a month ago - and there are good reasons for this.
Time window rules
- Start: the review becomes available immediately after your booked hours end (when the booking moves to "completed" status)
- End: you have 14 days from that moment
- After 14 days, the "Leave a Review" button disappears and cannot be restored
Why 14 days
The time window balances two needs:
- Fresh impressions - a review written the day after a visit is specific and credible. After a month, details fade
- Flexibility - you do not always have time to write a review the same day. Two weeks provide a reasonable buffer
14 days is also the period during which the double-blind review system operates. If the studio does not submit their opinion within this timeframe, your review is published automatically after 14 days.
When exactly does the countdown start
The countdown begins from the end of your last booked hour. If you booked a room for 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, the clock starts at 5:00 PM that day.
What happens if you miss the deadline
If you do not submit a review within 14 days:
- The booking will no longer be available for rating
- There is no way to extend the deadline or submit a review late
- If the studio submitted their opinion, it will be published without yours
How not to miss the deadline
- After your visit ends, you will receive an email inviting you to leave a review - click the link and the form opens right away
- In the My Bookings tab, bookings awaiting a review have a visible marker
- If you do not submit a review in the first few days, you may receive a reminder email
Can I request a deadline extension
There is no way to extend the 14-day window. The deadline is the same for all users and no exceptions are made. That is why it is best not to leave the review until the last minute.
The easiest approach is to write the review right after your visit or at the latest the same evening. Fresh impressions lead to more valuable reviews.
