Review tags - how they work

Full list of review tags and how to choose them.

Updated 19.02.2026

Besides stars and a text comment, you can choose tags - short descriptions that summarize your experience in a few words. Tags help other creators assess a studio at a glance without reading entire reviews.

What tags are

Tags are predefined labels grouped by rating category. Each category has positive and negative tags. You select the ones that best match your experience.

Available tags by category

Equipment

  • Positive: Professional equipment, Great lighting, Wide backdrop selection, Everything works
  • Negative: Damaged equipment, Poor lighting, Few backdrops, Missing accessories

Cleanliness

  • Positive: Spotless clean, Clean backdrops, Well-maintained space
  • Negative: Dirty backdrops, Dusty equipment, Messy room

Accuracy

  • Positive: Matches description, Photos match reality, No surprises
  • Negative: Smaller than in photos, Missing listed equipment, Discrepancies with listing

Communication

  • Positive: Quick response, Helpful staff, Clear instructions, Friendly contact
  • Negative: No response, Difficult contact, Unclear information

Location

  • Positive: Easy access, Good parking, Close to center, Well marked
  • Negative: Hard to find, No parking, Far from transit

Value for money

  • Positive: Worth every penny, Great value, Good happy hours, Fair prices
  • Negative: Too expensive, Not worth the price, Hidden costs

How tags are displayed

On the studio page in the reviews section, you will see the most frequently chosen tags. For example, if 8 out of 10 reviewers picked "Great lighting" - that tag will be highlighted, giving a quick picture of the studio's strengths.

How many tags to choose

You do not have to pick tags for every category. Focus on the ones that truly reflect your experience - usually 3-5 tags total gives the most valuable picture.

Can I add my own tag

No - tags are predefined to maintain consistency and readability across the platform. If you want to share details that the tags do not capture, describe them in the text comment.

You can mix positive and negative tags within a single review. A studio might have excellent lighting but difficult communication - and it is worth marking both.
