You submitted a review and want to change something? Or wondering if it can be deleted? Here is how it works.
Editing a review
After your review is published, you have 48 hours to edit it. During this time, you can change:
- Ratings in individual categories (stars)
- Tags
- Text comment
- Overall rating
To edit your review:
- Go to My Bookings
- Find the booking with the submitted review
- Click Edit Review
- Change what you want and save
After 48 hours, editing is no longer possible. The time limit protects the credibility of the review system - if ratings could be changed without limits, they would lose their value.
Deleting a review
Deleting a published review is not possible on your own from your account. If you have a justified reason (e.g., a mistake - you rated the wrong booking, or the review contains information you did not intend to share), contact the Booquela team.
When Booquela can remove a review
The Booquela team may remove a review that:
- Contains vulgar or offensive language
- Contains personal data (phone numbers, addresses, third-party names)
- Is clearly fake or spam
- Violates the platform's terms of service
- Concerns events unrelated to the studio session
The studio cannot delete or edit your review on its own. It can only respond to it publicly.
Before you submit - use the preview
The review form has 9 steps, and at the end you will see a summary with all your answers. This is the last chance to make corrections without restrictions - before submitting, you can go back to any step and change your answer.
Can the studio see that I edited my review
If you edit your review within 48 hours, the studio will see the updated version. There is no visible indication that the review was edited.
What if the studio responds to my review
The studio can publish a response to your review - you will see it below your comment. This is standard practice that allows the studio to address your feedback. However, the studio cannot change or delete your review.
Think your review through before submitting. The 48-hour edit window is a buffer for minor corrections, but the best approach is to be thorough the first time.
