Sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel a booking, you can do it directly from the platform.
How to cancel
- Go to My Bookings in the main menu
- Find the booking you want to cancel
- Click Details, then Cancel Booking
- Confirm the cancellation - you'll see information about any applicable refund
Cancellation rules
Each studio sets its own cancellation rules. Before booking, you can see it on the room page, and after booking - in the booking details. Typical options:
- Free cancellation up to a certain number of hours before the booking (e.g., 24h or 48h) - you get a full refund
- Partial refund for later cancellation - e.g., 50% of the price
- No refund for very late cancellation (e.g., less than a few hours before the booking)
The specific terms depend on the studio, so always check before booking.
When can't you cancel?
- During the visit - if the visit has already started, cancellation is not possible
- After the visit - a completed booking cannot be cancelled
How do refunds work?
If you're entitled to a refund, the money will be returned via the same method you used to pay (e.g., to your card). Processing time depends on your bank - usually 5-10 business days.
What about no-shows?
If you don't show up for your visit without cancelling beforehand, the studio can mark the booking as a "no-show". In this case, a refund is usually not available.
If you know you won't make it to your visit, cancel as early as possible. The sooner you do it, the better your chances of a full refund - and the studio can make the slot available for other clients.
What if the studio cancels my booking?
In rare cases, a studio may cancel your booking (e.g., due to equipment failure). You'll then receive a full refund and an email notification with an explanation. You can also contact the studio through messaging to arrange an alternative date.
