How to create a Booquela account

Register in a minute - email, password, and verification. One account for booking and managing.

Want to book a studio or list your own space? Everything starts with an account. Registration takes literally a minute.

Registration step by step

  1. Click Sign Up in the top right corner
  2. Enter your name, email address, and password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Click Create Account
  4. Check your email - click the verification link in the message from Booquela
  5. Done - you can log in and start using the platform

Password requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. The stronger the password, the more secure your account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites.

What you can do after registration

As a registered user, you can:

  • Browse and book rooms in creative studios
  • Send messages to studios with questions about equipment, availability, or session details
  • Leave reviews after completed sessions
  • Add studios to your favorites for easy access later

I did not receive the verification email

  • Check your spam folder in your email inbox
  • Wait a few minutes - delivery may take a moment
  • After logging in, click Resend on the verification banner

Without email verification, you will not have access to bookings, messaging, or reviews. You can browse studio listings, but to use them you must confirm your address.

One account, two roles

On Booquela, one account is enough for everything. You can book spaces as a client and manage your own studio as an owner at the same time. No need to create separate accounts - switching between roles happens automatically.

Is registration free?

Yes. Creating an account on Booquela is completely free, whether you use the platform as a client or as a studio owner.

Use an email address you have constant access to. Booking confirmations, session reminders, and studio message notifications will be sent to this address.
