Email verification

Just created an account and seeing a message about email verification? It is an important step that takes literally a few seconds.

Why verification matters

Verification confirms that the email address you provided actually belongs to you. Thanks to this:

• Booking confirmations, reminders, and notifications reach the correct address
• Nobody can create an account with your email without your knowledge
• You have access to password reset if you forget it

How to verify your email

1. After registration, check your email inbox
2. Find the message from Booquela about verification
3. Click the verification link in the message
4. You will be redirected to Booquela with a confirmation - done

What if I do not see the email

• Check your spam or junk folder - verification messages sometimes end up there
• Wait a few minutes - delivery may take a moment
• After logging in, click Resend on the verification banner visible on the homepage

What happens without verification

Without a verified email address, you will not have access to the most important features:

• You cannot make bookings
• You cannot send messages to studios
• You cannot submit reviews

You can browse studio listings, but to use them, you must confirm your email.

Phone verification

In addition to email verification, you can optionally verify your phone number. Phone verification is not required, but it makes communication with studios easier in urgent situations.

Changing your email after registration

If you change your email address in your profile, the new address also requires verification. Until you click the verification link, the old address remains active - this way you do not lose access to your account.

What if the link expired?

The verification link has a limited validity period. If it expired, simply log in and click Resend - you will receive a new link.
