Whether it is a routine change or you suspect someone knows your password - changing it takes just a few seconds.
Changing your password in settings
- Click your name in the top right corner and go to Profile
- In the security section, click Change Password
- Enter your current password - this confirms it is really you
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Enter the new password again to confirm
- Click Save
After changing your password, you remain logged in. The previous password stops working immediately.
Forgot your password?
You do not need to know your old password to set a new one:
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your inbox - you will receive an email with a reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
The link is valid for a limited time. If it expires, simply request a new one - click Forgot your password? again and enter your email.
What password to choose
- Minimum 8 characters - but the longer, the better
- Combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- Do not reuse passwords from other services
- Avoid obvious passwords: birthdays, names, "password123"
What if I do not receive the reset email?
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure you are entering the same email address you used to register
- Wait a few minutes - delivery may take time
- If the problem persists, write to us at [email protected]
How often should I change my password?
There is no requirement to change your password regularly. Change it immediately if you suspect someone may have learned it, or if you used the same password on another site that suffered a data breach.
If you suspect someone had access to your account, in addition to changing your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the security section. With it, a password alone is not enough to log in.
