Reporting policy violations

How to report a fake listing, fraud, or inappropriate behavior on the platform.

Updated 19.02.2026

Noticed something concerning on the platform? A studio that does not actually exist? A request for payment outside Booquela? Inappropriate behavior? Your report helps us maintain a safe community.

What you can report

  • Fake listings - the studio does not exist, photos are from a different place, the description does not match reality at all
  • Payment fraud - the studio asks for a bank transfer outside the platform, upfront cash payment, suspicious payment links
  • Inappropriate behavior - aggression, harassment, discrimination, threats
  • Unsafe conditions - no fire extinguisher, damaged electrical installations, broken heating in winter
  • Fake reviews - posted by people who did not use the studio, or by the studio itself under a fake account

How to report

  1. By email - write to [email protected] with a description and evidence (photos, screenshots, links)
  2. Through the messaging system - if you have a booking at the studio, describe the situation in the message thread, then contact us

In your report, include:

  • Studio name or listing link
  • Description of the violation
  • Evidence - photos, conversation screenshots, dates of events

What happens after your report

  1. Our team reviews the report within 48 hours
  2. If necessary, we contact the studio to clarify the matter
  3. We take appropriate action - from a warning, to suspending the listing, to permanently removing the studio from the platform
  4. We inform you of the outcome

Will the studio find out who reported?

No. All reports are treated confidentially. We do not reveal the identity of the reporter.

What if my report concerns a studio where I have a booking?

Your booking will not be affected by the report itself. However, if the studio is found to seriously violate our terms, we can help you cancel the booking with a full refund.

False reports made in bad faith (e.g., to harm a competitor) are treated as a terms of service violation and may lead to consequences for the reporter.
