Bookings

Can I book multiple rooms at the same time?

Yes. You can have multiple active bookings in different studios or rooms, even for the same time slot.

Can I extend my session on site?

It depends on room availability. If there is no booking after yours, contact the studio on site or through the messaging system. Extra time requires a separate booking or arrangement with the owner.

What if the studio cancels my booking?

You will receive a full refund. The money will return to your card within 5-10 business days. More details in the article about studio cancellations.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Go to the booking details and click Cancel Booking. Refund terms depend on the studio's cancellation rules - you will see them before confirming the cancellation.

Account and profile

How do I change my account details?

Go to Profile (click your name in the top right corner). You can edit your name, phone number, and profile photo. Changing your email address requires re-verification.

I cannot log in - what should I do?

Click Forgot your password? on the login page. You will receive an email with a reset link. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, email us at [email protected].

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa and Mastercard cards, BLIK, and Przelewy24. All payments are handled by Stripe.

Does Booquela charge an additional fee to clients?

A Booquela service fee is added to the booking price. It is visible in the summary before payment, so you always know how much you will pay. There are no hidden charges.

Reviews

How does the rating system work?

After each completed session, you can leave a review. You rate the studio in 6 categories - equipment, cleanliness, accuracy, communication, location, and value for money. Reviews are public and help other clients.

How long do I have to leave a review?

14 days after your visit ends. After that, the option to leave a review expires.

Security

Is my card data safe?

Booquela does not store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe - a PCI DSS certified processor. Learn more in the article about data protection.
