Platform messaging system
If your issue concerns a specific booking, the fastest way is through the messaging system - write directly to the studio from your booking. The studio sees the context (date, room, amount) and can respond more quickly.

Before writing - check the help center. Many questions already have ready answers, and you will find them instantly.
When to contact Booquela vs. the studio
- The studio: questions about the room, equipment, directions, rescheduling, session details
- Booquela: payment problems, a dispute with a studio that cannot be resolved, terms of service violations, technical platform issues, GDPR matters
How to write to get help faster
The more context you provide, the faster we can address the issue:
- Booking number or date - if the matter concerns a specific booking
- Problem description - what happened and what you expect
- Screenshots - if you see an error on the website
- Date and time - when the problem occurred
Writing "it does not work" without context will slow things down. Writing "After clicking Pay I see error 500, booking from Feb 15, Cyclorama room" - lets us start right away.
What if I do not get a response?
If you do not receive a response within 48 hours:
- Check your spam folder - our emails may end up there
- Send the message again noting that it is a follow-up
