Photos are the most important element of your listing. Clients browse dozens of spaces, and it's the photos that determine whether they'll click on your room or scroll past.
Adding photos
- On the room edit page, go to the Photos section.
- Drag and drop files from your computer onto the designated area, or click to select files.
- Photos will be uploaded automatically.
Order and cover photo
The first photo in the list is the cover - it appears in search results and on the room card. To change the order, simply drag photos to new positions.
Choose a cover photo that:
- Best captures the room's character
- Is well-lit and sharp
- Shows the space from an attractive angle
Deleting photos
Click the trash icon on the photo you want to remove. Deletion is immediate.
What photos to add
A good room gallery contains:
- Overview shot - the entire room from the entrance perspective
- Workstations - equipment, desks, microphones, cameras
- Details - lighting, backdrops, mounts, accessories
- Room in action - if possible, show the room during a visit
Technical recommendations
- Minimum 3 photos per room (we recommend 5-10)
- Resolution at least 1200 x 800 pixels
- JPEG or PNG format
- Avoid dark, blurry, and low-quality photos
Look at listings from studios that do well on the platform. Notice their photo style - bright, clean, professional. You don't need to hire a photographer, but make sure to have good lighting and a tidy room before taking photos.
Common questions
Do photo changes affect existing bookings?
No. Clients who already booked won't be notified about photo changes.
How many photos can I add?
There's no strict limit, but we recommend 5-10 per room. Too few don't give a complete picture, too many distract attention.
