Calendar colors help you assess the situation in seconds - without clicking or opening details. Each color represents a different status or block type.
Booking colors
- Green - confirmed booking. The client has paid, the visit is certain.
- Blue - client checked in. The session is currently in progress.
- Yellow - booking awaiting your approval. Applies to "request-to-book" mode.
- Gray - completed session. Everything went as planned.
- Red - cancelled booking or client no-show.
Block and buffer colors
- Red with pattern - manual time block (e.g., maintenance, private use).
- Orange - buffer between sessions. Automatic break for cleaning and room preparation.
- Purple - block from iCal import. Comes from an external calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, another booking platform).
Using colors in practice
Imagine opening your calendar in the morning. You see:
- Three green blocks - you have three confirmed sessions, everything planned.
- One yellow block - someone submitted a booking request. Time to review it.
- Orange strips between sessions - buffers, your team has time to prepare.
Without clicking anything, you already know what the day looks like.
What if I don't recognize a color?
Hover over any block in the calendar - a tooltip will show the client's name, time, and status. On mobile devices, just tap the block.
Can I change the colors?
Colors are set by the platform and cannot be changed individually. This means every studio uses the same color system, which makes things easier for teams managing multiple spaces. If you run several rooms, the colors always mean the same thing - regardless of the room.
If you see lots of yellow blocks, it means you have pending booking requests. Quick responses increase the chance that clients won't give up.
