1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an integral part of the Booquela Platform Terms of Service and defines the rules for calculating, collecting, and settling the service fee charged to Studio Owners.
1.2. Booquela charges Studio Owners a service fee for intermediation in the conclusion and handling of Reservations through the Platform, including maintenance of technical infrastructure, payment processing, and provision of support.
1.3. Booquela does not charge Clients a separate service fee. The price visible to the Client on the Listing page and in the order summary includes only the room price, selected add-ons (Addons), any applicable deposit, and applicable taxes.
2. Service Fee Amount and Calculation
2.1. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the Reservation value (room price and any add-ons, excluding deposits).
2.2. The current service fee rate is visible in the Studio Owner's dashboard in the commission reports. The Studio Owner is informed of the applicable rate before publishing a Listing.
2.3. The service fee is subject to a minimum amount as specified in the Studio Owner's dashboard.
3. Settlement Method
3.1. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the service fee is settled by deducting it from the amount payable to the Studio Owner for a given Reservation.
3.2. The deduction is made at the time of payout for a completed Reservation, not earlier than 24 hours after the planned end of the booked session, in accordance with the payout rules described in Section 19.3 of the Terms of Service.
3.3. For deferred payments, the service fee is deducted according to the payment schedule applicable to the given Reservation.
3.4. Detailed service fee settlement is available in the Studio Owner's dashboard in the finance section, including on monthly commission invoices.
4. Service Fee and Refunds/Cancellations
4.1. Cancellation by Studio Owner - the Client receives a full refund of the amount paid. No service fee is charged for this Reservation.
4.2. Cancellation by Client - the service fee is charged on the amount actually retained by the Studio Owner in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4.3. Cancellation by Platform - if a Reservation is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Platform, no service fee is charged.
4.4. Partial refund - in the event of a partial refund to the Client, the service fee is proportionally adjusted.
5. Deposits
5.1. Deposits do not form the basis for service fee calculation.
5.2. The rules for collecting, settling, and returning deposits are set out in the Terms of Service (Section 16.3). Booquela may temporarily withhold the release of a deposit during the investigation and settlement procedure, in accordance with the rules described therein.
6. Rate Changes
6.1. Booquela reserves the right to change service fee rates.
6.2. Studio Owners will be notified of rate changes via the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect, in accordance with the Terms of Service modification rules (Section 15).
6.3. Rate changes do not apply to Reservations already confirmed before the effective date of the new rates.
7. Current Rate Information
7.1. The current service fee rate is visible in the Studio Owner's dashboard in the commission reports.
7.2. The Studio Owner is informed of the applicable rate before publishing each new Listing.

8. Payment Dispute Fees
8.1. In the event of a lost payment dispute (chargeback) related to a Reservation, Booquela may charge the Studio Owner the dispute handling fee collected by the payment processor, if the cause of the dispute is attributable to the Studio Owner, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
8.2. The dispute handling fee amount is determined by the payment processor (Stripe) and is not set by Booquela. The current fee amount is available in the payment processor's documentation.
8.3. The dispute fee may be deducted from the Studio Owner's current or future payouts.
8.4. The dispute fee is not charged when the dispute is resolved in favor of the Platform or when the cause of the dispute is attributable to the Platform.
