The Stripe Express dashboard is where you can see your payouts, transaction history, and tax documents. It is a separate page hosted by Stripe - independent from the Booquela panel.
When you use the Express dashboard
Anna runs a podcast studio and checks the Express dashboard every week to see how much money has arrived in her bank account. Once a quarter she downloads tax documents from there. The Express dashboard is useful for:
- Checking when the next payout will reach your account
- Reviewing the history of all transfers
- Downloading tax documents
- Changing your bank account number
How to open the Express dashboard
- Go to Owner Panel and open Stripe Connect.
- Click Open Stripe Dashboard - you will be redirected to the Stripe page.
The Express dashboard is available in your language and does not require a separate login.
What you will find in the dashboard
- Balance - how much money is waiting to be paid out
- Incoming payments - funds being processed
- Payout history - list of all transfers to your account
- Documents - payout confirmations and tax documents
Payout schedule
Stripe automatically transfers money to your bank account. You can choose the frequency:
- Daily - a transfer every business day
- Weekly - one payout per week
- Monthly - one payout per month
Transfers arrive in your account within 2-7 business days. First payouts may take longer - up to 14 days.
Changing your bank account
If you want to change the payout account number:
- Open the Stripe Express dashboard.
- Go to Settings and click Bank details.
- Enter the new IBAN number.
- Confirm the change.
The change takes effect from the next payout.
What if you do not see the "Open Stripe Dashboard" button
This means your Stripe account has not been connected yet or verification is still in progress. Go back to the Stripe Connect section and finish the connection process.
Stripe automatically generates a confirmation for each payout. You can find them in the Documents section of the Express dashboard - they are useful for your accounting records.
