Payment confirmation

Where to find payment confirmation - email, panel, and Stripe confirmation.

Paid for a booking and want to make sure everything went through? Here's where to find your payment confirmation and what it contains.

Confirmation email

Right after a successful payment, a confirmation message will be sent to your email address. You'll find:

  • Booking number
  • Studio and room name
  • Date and booked hours
  • Cost breakdown - room price, extras, service fee
  • Total amount paid
  • Payment method
  • Studio address and directions (if the studio provided them)

This is your main confirmation - keep it in case you need it.

Confirmation in your panel

You can also check the payment status at any time on the Booquela website:

  1. Log in and go to My Bookings.
  2. Click on the relevant booking.
  3. In the details you'll see the payment status (paid, partially paid, pending) and the cost breakdown.

If the studio uses a deposit policy, you'll also see information about the remaining amount and when it will be charged.

Stripe confirmation

Additionally, Stripe - the payment processor - may send its own confirmation to the email linked to your card. This email covers the transaction itself, without booking details.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation?

If you don't see the confirmation email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure the email address on your Booquela account is correct
  • Check the booking status in the My Bookings tab - if the booking shows with a "paid" status, the payment was successful

If the booking doesn't appear on your list but money was charged from your account, contact us through the contact form.

A payment confirmation from Booquela is not a VAT invoice. If you need an invoice, contact the studio directly.
