A checklist appears automatically when a booking reaches the right stage. Your job is to check off individual items as you complete them.
Where to find the checklist?
You have two paths:
- From the booking - open the booking in Owner Panel -> Bookings, go to the Checklists tab. You'll see checklists linked to that specific session - e.g., the "Before session" or "Check-in" list.
- From the task board - in Owner Panel -> Tasks you'll find all checklists assigned to you in one place. This is more convenient when you handle several sessions a day and want to see everything at once.
How to complete the checklist
Click the checklist to open it. You'll see items to complete - each with a checkbox:
- Perform the task described in the item (e.g., "Check studio lighting")
- Check the checkbox next to the completed task
- For each item, the platform records who checked it and at what time - you don't need to do this manually
- If you want, you can add a note to an item (e.g., "Lamp #3 is flickering - needs replacement")
- When all items are checked, the checklist automatically changes status to Completed
Checklist statuses
- New - the checklist was generated, nobody has opened it yet. It's waiting for you.
- In progress - some tasks are already checked off, but not all
- Completed - all items done. Good job.
What if I can't complete a task?
For example, a studio lamp isn't working and you can't test the lighting. In that case, check off the remaining items normally, and add a note to the problematic one describing the issue. If the problem needs attention, notify the manager or create a damage report - more about this in the article on reporting damage.
Don't leave the checklist in "In progress" status unnecessarily - it's better to add a note and mark the item, so it's clear you didn't skip it.
Don't put off filling in the checklist. Checking items right after completing them gives you a reliable activity history. If you return to the list two hours later, the platform will record that time.
Who can see my checklists?
The manager and studio owner can see all checklists, including who checked each item and when. It's not employee surveillance - it's a tool for better work organization and resolving situations when a client has complaints about the room's condition.
