Studio communication settings

How to configure sender name, signature, and automatic studio messages.

Updated 19.02.2026

Communication settings let you decide how your studio communicates with clients - from the sender name in emails to which automatic messages are enabled.

Where to find it

Go to Owner Panel > Communication Settings.

What you can set

Sender name

This is the name that appears as the sender in emails to clients. By default, it is your studio name. If you run your business under a different brand, you can change it.

Reply-to address

When a client replies to an automatic email (e.g., booking confirmation), their reply will go to this address. Set an address you check regularly.

Email signature

Add a footer appended to all emails sent by your studio. You can include your phone number, address, or opening hours.

Automatic messages

Decide which categories of automatic messages should be active:

  • Booking confirmations - email after payment is made
  • Pre-session reminders - 24h and/or 2h before
  • Post-session messages - thank you and review request
  • Status change notifications - information about cancellation, rescheduling, etc.

Default settings

New accounts have enabled:

  • Booking confirmations (email)
  • 24h reminders (email)
  • Status change notifications (email)

You can modify them freely.

What if...

  • I turn off booking confirmations? Clients will not get an email after payment. We do not recommend this - clients expect a confirmation, and its absence may generate questions and uncertainty.
  • I want different settings for different rooms? Global settings apply to the entire studio. If you need differentiation, use message templates with per-room triggers.
  • I change the sender address? The change applies to all future emails. Messages already sent will keep the old address.

Do not turn off booking confirmations - it is the most important message a client should receive. No email confirmation after payment causes anxiety.
