The financial dashboard shows you in one place how much you are earning, what commission you pay, and when money will reach your account. You will also find commission invoices there.
When you use the dashboard
Michal runs two photo studios and at the end of each month checks the dashboard to see which room generates the most revenue. He exports data to CSV for his accountant. The dashboard is useful when you want to:
- Check how much you earned in a given month
- See how much commission and VAT you are paying
- Compare revenue between rooms
- Download commission invoices for accounting
How to open the dashboard
Go to Owner Panel and click Finance.
What you will see on the dashboard
Summary
At the top of the page you will find the key numbers:
- Gross revenue - full amount from all payments
- Booquela commission (net) - base platform fee
- VAT on commission - 23% charged on the commission
- Gross commission - sum of net commission and VAT
- Payout amount - how much goes to your account (gross revenue minus gross commission)
- Pending payments - funds being processed
Revenue chart
An interactive chart with three views - daily, weekly, and monthly. You can compare the current period with the previous one to see if your business is growing.
Transaction list
A detailed list of every payment. You can filter by status (completed, pending, refunded), period, and specific room. Each transaction includes the booking number, client details, gross and net amounts, commission, and date.
Commission invoices
In the Commission invoices tab you will find all invoices issued by Booquela. You can download them as PDF or export a summary to CSV.
What if I see a discrepancy between the dashboard and payouts
The dashboard shows amounts at the Booquela level, while payouts are handled by Stripe. The difference may come from processing delays (2-7 business days) or pending refunds.
Click Export above the transaction list to download a full breakdown with net commission, VAT, and gross amounts - perfect for your accountant.
