Booking a room and wondering how you can pay? Booquela supports several popular payment methods - pick whichever is most convenient for you.
Available methods
Payments are handled by Stripe - one of the world's largest online payment processors. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard
- BLIK - quick payment with a code from your banking app
- Przelewy24 - online transfer from any Polish bank
All methods are available on the payment page, which you'll reach after selecting your time slot and reviewing the booking summary.
When is payment charged
It depends on the studio's settings. Each studio chooses one of three payment policies:
- Upfront - you pay immediately when placing the booking
- Deposit - part of the amount now, the rest 6 days before the booking
- Deferred - your card is saved, and you're charged 6 days before the booking
You'll see the payment policy in the summary before you confirm your booking, so there are no surprises.
Security
Booquela does not store your card details. You enter your card number in Stripe's secure form, which meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS). All connections are encrypted.
What if the payment fails?
If something goes wrong - for example, your bank declines the transaction or the connection drops - the booking won't be placed. You can try again with the same or a different payment method. No money will be charged until the payment completes successfully.
BLIK is the fastest method - just enter the 6-digit code from your banking app and confirm on your phone.
