1.2. These Community Guidelines apply to all Platform Users - Clients, Studio Owners, and their team members alike.
2. Respect and Professionalism
2.1. Every User deserves respect. We expect courteous and professional treatment in every interaction on the Platform.
2.2. Insults, threats, harassment, intimidation, or other forms of aggressive behavior are unacceptable.
2.3. All disputes should be resolved in a factual and civil manner, preferably through the Platform's messaging system.
3. Accuracy of Information
3.1. Studio Owners commit to providing truthful room descriptions, current photos, accurate equipment information, and realistic pricing.
3.2. Clients commit to providing truthful contact information and honestly describing the intended use of the Room.
3.3. Deliberately misleading other Users is prohibited.
4. Communication
4.1. We encourage timely responses to messages. Quick communication builds trust and facilitates collaboration.
4.2. Messages should be relevant, polite, and related to the Booking or collaboration topic.
4.3. The Platform's messaging system is intended solely for communication related to services available on the Platform.
5. Safety
5.1. User safety is a priority. Please promptly report any situations that pose a threat to health or life.
5.2. Studio Owners are responsible for ensuring safe room conditions in compliance with applicable regulations.
5.3. Clients agree to use room equipment in accordance with instructions and intended purpose.
6. Non-Discrimination Policy
6.1. The Booquela Platform strictly prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or political beliefs.
6.2. Refusing to fulfill a Booking for discriminatory reasons constitutes a serious violation of the Community Guidelines.
7. Protection of Other Users' Personal Data
7.1. Personal data of other Users (including contact details, addresses, photos) shared in connection with a Booking may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling that Booking.
7.2. Sharing other Users' personal data with third parties without their consent is prohibited.
7.3. Using contact data obtained through the Platform for unsolicited marketing communication is prohibited.
8. Consequences of Violations
8.1. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the Platform may apply the following measures:
- Warning - notification of the violation with a request to cease the behavior
- Feature restriction - temporary disabling of selected account features (e.g., sending messages, publishing reviews)
- Account suspension - temporary blocking of account access
- Account removal - permanent account deletion in cases of serious or repeated violations
8.2. The decision on which measure to apply takes into account the User's history, the severity of the violation, and the potential impact on other Users.
