1. Who Can Write Reviews
1.1. Reviews may only be published by registered Booquela Clients who have completed a Booking.
1.2. Each Client may submit one review per Booking. Submitting multiple reviews for the same Booking is not possible.
1.3. A review may be published after the Booking has ended (after the booked hours have elapsed).
2. Rating System
2.1. A review consists of an overall rating and ratings in individual categories (e.g., cleanliness, equipment, accuracy of description, communication, location, value for money).
2.2. Ratings are given on a scale of 1 to 5.
2.3. The Client may additionally tag the review with labels describing the nature of their experience.
2.4. Written review text is optional but recommended - it helps other Clients make informed decisions.
3. Review Content Rules
3.1. Reviews should be honest, fair, and based on the actual Booking experience.
3.2. Prohibited content:
- Profanity, insults, and hate speech
- Personal data of others (names, phone numbers, addresses)
- Advertising content, spam, or links to external websites
- Content unrelated to the Booking
- False or misleading information
- Threats or content inciting violence
4. Studio Owner Responses
4.1. The Studio Owner has the right to respond to any review of their Studio.
4.2. Responses are subject to the same rules as reviews - they must be factual and free of prohibited content.
4.3. The Studio Owner may provide one response per review.
5. Moderation and Review Removal
5.1. The Platform reserves the right to moderate reviews that violate these rules.
5.2. The Studio Owner or any other User may report a review that violates these rules through the reporting system.
5.3. Reviews that violate the rules may be removed or hidden after verification by the Platform team.
5.4. The review author will be notified of review removal along with the reason.
6. Prohibition of Review Manipulation
6.1. Buying, selling, commissioning, or exchanging reviews in return for material benefits or other consideration is prohibited.
6.2. Offering discounts, freebies, or other benefits in exchange for a positive review is prohibited.
6.3. Intimidating Clients to prevent negative reviews is prohibited.
6.4. Violation of these rules may result in review removal, account feature restrictions, or account suspension.
