The owner panel is your command center - here you manage everything from rooms and bookings to pricing and client communication.

Panel layout

Owner panel sidebar menu

On the left side of the screen, you'll find a sidebar with sections grouped by topic. The top bar shows the current studio name and a selector if you manage more than one.

Panel sections

  • Dashboard - overview of key metrics: occupancy, revenue, recent changes
  • Rooms - list of your rooms with options for editing, adding photos, and management
  • Bookings - all client bookings with filters and quick actions
  • Calendar - visual view of availability, blocks, and buffers
  • Pricing - pricing models and pricing modifiers
  • Equipment - amenities and equipment available in your rooms
  • Analytics - occupancy and revenue reports
  • Finance - revenue, payouts, refunds, Stripe Connect
  • Reviews - client reviews with response options
  • Messages - conversations with clients
  • Team - inviting team members, roles, and permissions
  • Communication Settings - notification configuration (email, SMS, in-thread messages)

Switching between studios

If you manage multiple studios, use the studio selector in the top navigation bar. After selecting a studio, all panel sections will show that studio's data.

Mobile navigation

On mobile devices, the sidebar is hidden. Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner to expand it.

Common questions

I don't see all sections. Why?

If you're a team member (not the owner), you only see sections matching your permissions. For example, a technician doesn't see the Finance section, and reception doesn't have access to Pricing.

How do I quickly find a specific booking?

The fastest way is through Bookings with a date or status filter. Alternatively, click a booking directly in the Calendar.
