Before your studio becomes visible to clients, it's worth making sure everything is in order. Here's a list of things to check.
Required elements
Without these, your studio won't be ready to accept bookings:
- Studio with complete details - name, description (in Polish and English), category, address with map location
- At least one room - with name, description, category, and capacity
- Pricing for each room - at least one pricing model (hourly rate, packages, or other)
- Stripe Connect - connected and verified account for accepting payments
- Photos - minimum 3 photos per room (clients skip listings without photos)
Recommended but not required
These elements significantly improve your listing quality:
- 5-10 photos per room - show the room from different angles, include equipment
- Amenities list - WiFi, AC, lighting, backdrops - the more details, the better
- Description in both languages - reach Polish and international clients
- Buffers between sessions - e.g., 15-30 minutes for cleaning and room preparation
- Booking policy - decide whether bookings are automatic or require your approval
How to check if everything is ready
In the Owner Panel on the onboarding page, you'll see the configuration progress. Completed steps will be marked, and missing elements clearly indicated.
Before publishing, open the studio preview (eye icon on the studio page) and review the listing through a client's eyes. Check that photos display well, the description is readable, and prices are correct.
After publishing
Once your studio is published:
- Your listing will appear in search results
- Clients will be able to book rooms
- You'll receive notifications about new bookings
Can I unpublish?
Yes. You can hide the studio or individual rooms at any time. Existing bookings will remain active, but new ones won't be accepted.
Can I edit the listing after publishing?
Absolutely. You can change the description, photos, pricing, and amenities at any time. Changes will be visible immediately.
