You have an active owner account and want to add your space? Creating a studio takes just a few minutes - the onboarding wizard will guide you through the key steps.
What is a studio
Studios on Booquela are your businesses - creative spaces that can have one or more rooms for rent. If you run one photography studio with three rooms, you create one studio and add three rooms to it.
Creating a studio
If you just activated the owner role, the onboarding wizard will open automatically. If you want to add another studio later:
- Go to Owner Panel -> Studio -> Edit studio.
- Fill in the basic information:
- Studio name - what clients will see in search results
- URL (slug) - a short, readable address (e.g., booquela.com/studio/my-studio)
- Category - space type (photography studio, podcast room, recording studio, etc.)
- Description - tell about your place, what makes it special, who it's ideal for. Fill in the description in Polish and English
- Add the studio address with the exact location.
- Save the studio.
What's next
After creating the studio, you have a few more steps to full readiness:
- Add rooms - each room is a separate rentable space with its own pricing
- Add photos - clients choose primarily with their eyes
- Set pricing - for each room separately
- Connect Stripe - to accept online payments
- Publish the studio - only then will it become visible in search
Don't rush to publish. It's better to spend time on a good description and photos than to publish an incomplete listing. First impressions matter enormously.
Common questions
Can I change the studio name later?
Yes, you can edit all studio details at any time in Owner Panel -> Studio -> Edit studio.
How many studios can I have?
There's no limit. You can run multiple studios in different locations and switch between them using the selector in the top navigation bar.
