Your session is wrapping up and it is time to get ready to leave. Check-out is the formal end of your booking - here is how it works and what to keep in mind.
How the visit ends
The session closes automatically after your booked hours are up. If you reserved the room from 10:00 to 13:00, at 13:00 your visit formally ends and the booking status changes to Completed. You do not need to click anything - the system handles it.
Before you leave the room
Mike just finished a 4-hour podcast session. He still has 15 minutes before the end of his booking, so he starts packing up. Here is what he does - and what you should do too:
- Returns equipment to its place - microphones, stands, and lighting go back where he found them
- Cleans up after himself - picks up trash, wipes any spills
- Checks he is not leaving anything behind - memory cards, cables, chargers are easy to forget in a rush
- Informs the studio - lets the staff know he is leaving the room
- Reports any issues - if something broke during your visit, he mentions it right away
What happens after your visit
After check-out you can:
- Leave a review - your feedback helps other clients and the studio improve its services
- Return to the details - the booking stays in your history in the My Bookings panel
What if I need more time?
If you realize you will not fit everything into your booked hours, talk to the studio before your visit ends. If the room is free, the studio may extend your time - but this requires agreement, it is not automatic. Do not stay past your time without permission - another client may have the room booked right after you.
Plan 10-15 minutes for packing up before your booking ends. This way you can leave the room calmly on time and not block it for the next person.
