We introduce a roles and permissions system that allows studio owners to precisely control who has access to which features in the management panel.

Available roles

The system offers five roles: owner, manager, reception, technician, and cleaning staff. Each role has a defined set of permissions tailored to their responsibilities. The manager sees bookings, pricing, and team. Reception handles check-in and messages. The technician has access to checklists and damage reports.

Email invitations

Adding team members is simple - just send an invitation to their email address. The invitee receives a link through which they can join the studio without needing to contact the administrator.
