Looking for information about an upcoming session or want to revisit details from one a month ago? All your bookings are waiting in one place.
How to open the bookings list
After logging in, click your name in the top menu and select My Bookings. You will see a list of all sessions linked to your account - upcoming, completed, and cancelled ones.
Filters that save time
At the top of the list you will find three tabs:
- Upcoming - confirmed bookings and those awaiting approval that have not happened yet
- Past - sessions that have already ended
- Cancelled - bookings cancelled by you or by the studio
Each item on the list shows the key details: studio and room name, date, booked hours, current status, and price.
What else you will find on the list
Imagine Kate has two sessions this week - one at a photo studio on Monday and another at a podcast room on Thursday. When she opens My Bookings, she immediately sees both sessions in the Upcoming tab, sorted by date. She knows where and when to be, how much she paid, and the status of each booking.
Clicking any booking opens its full details - with the studio address, contact information, list of extras, and options like messaging the studio or cancelling.
What if I cannot see my booking?
Make sure you are logged into the correct account - the one that received the confirmation email. If the booking still does not appear, the payment may not have been completed within 30 minutes and the booking expired. In that case you will need to make the booking again.
If you have many bookings, the tabs help you quickly get to the right session. Past bookings stay in your history permanently - you can return to them for studio contact details, for example.
