Dealing with no-shows and late cancellations

Has anyone found a good strategy for dealing with no-shows? I've had 3 this month alone and it's really affecting my schedule and revenue.

I'm currently using request-to-book with upfront payment, but some clients still don't show up even after paying. Any advice?

We're working on improving the booking reminder system. Currently we send reminders 24h and 2h before the session. We're also looking into adding an SMS reminder option.

In the meantime, make sure your cancellation policy is clearly stated in your listing. You can also use the pricing modifiers to add a deposit requirement.
